Jacqueline and Chet’s Shadelands Ranch Museum wedding was hot. Literally one of the hottest days of the year. No me gusta. Nonetheless, these two were over the moon to wed one another. This Shadelands Historical Ranch wedding was going to be amazing no matter what the thermometer read.
Now I love these two because they’re fun and easy going. The first time I met these two on Skype, Chet cracked me up. He admitted that he heard his computer ringing from outside and ran to answer. In the midst of his panic to answer my call, he ran right into and straight through the screen door. I loved it. Hopefully they were able to fix it.
So the energy was electric on their wedding day. Chet couldn’t handle it. I was excited about the shots of him weeping as he held his beautiful bride. It is clear how much these two love each other. Of course the family was just as happy as they were to see them tie the knot. Everyone was in good spirits, despite the warm weather.
This Shadelands Ranch Museum wedding venue dates back to the 1800s. The first building was initially built by a settler on Nuts Creek. LOL. Nuts Creek. The city of Corners was initially established with it’s population of 7 people. It was eventually renamed Walnut Creek and now the property is run by the Walnut Creek Historical Society. One of the best features of the beautiful grounds is the giant oak tree Jacqueline and Chet were married beneath. All in all it was the perfect day for them. I mean, any couple that wants Chipotle to cater their wedding certainly is a winner in my book. Thanks to the family and friends that were warm and welcoming. It was an honor to celebrate these two with such wonderful people! Enjoy just a few of our favorites from this Shadelands Historical Ranch wedding.
