Molly and Brad’s Hollins House event was perfection. To start on the beach at West Cliff and end above the ocean during a perfect summer day? What more could you ask for?
These two love faces live in one of the coolest places I know: Washington D.C. Yes, we’re jealous. Yes, they got class. So to say I had high expectations for their Pasatiempo Hollins House event was an understatement. Consequently, their wedding was a blast and my expectations were exceeded. Details were on point, attire was on point, weather was on point. All signs pointed to an excellent wedding.
An excellent wedding indeed. Hollins House sits atop the Pasatiempo golf course. There are some pretty cheesy golf course wedding venues, and Hollins House is not one of them. The sprawling course was built and named after 1921 US Women’s Amateur Champion Marion Hollins. Hollins was a “pioneer” of women’s sports at the time. Arguably it is one of the best places you can golf. I’d say it’s one of the best places in Santa Cruz to get married too.
I first got to hang with Molly and Brad around our neighborhood for some engagement pictures. We had a blast and I knew we’d have a great time at their wedding. Thanks to these great people for being so warm and welcoming. All the best to them.
